Absolutely great service from Tim, from start to finish the customer service was exceptional. I contacted Tim due to writing off my car and after having a very stressful time in getting my settlement figure from my insurance company, I really wasn't looking forward to searching for the right car. However, Tim made my purchasing experience smooth and hassle-free. Since collecting my new car I noticed a rubbing noise from the rear wheels, a quick call to Tim and nothing was too much trouble for him, he took a look and ordered new parts that were fitted the very same day. I would certainly recommend Logic 1 Vehicle Solutions - GREAT SERVICE!!

I purchased a Mercedes Viano from Tim at Logic 1 Vehicle Solutions and from start to finish the service has been brilliant. Both Tim & his colleague Chris were not pushy and were great with communication and prepared the vehicle perfectly for collection with many unexpected work completed at their expense. The communication and service from 1st call to the sale was exemplary. The car was exactly as advertised with no little hidden bits that most dealers don't tell you about. I would recommend these guys to anyone thinking of buying a 2nd hand car as they are completely honest about everything.

Genuine, honest, hardworking guys

Absolutely amazing service, honest, kind, caring these are just some of the words I would use to describe Tim. I bought a mini from him back in October ‘23 unfortunately early December it started misfiring due to no compression in piston 1. I was gutted (I cried like a baby) I contacted Tim, and straight away he organized to recover the mini & passed her straight to his mechanic. Well, it’s been a few weeks but I collected my mini this morning, all fixed. It has been a huge job for Tim, my engine had to be rebuilt, but he has just got on with it. Can not recommend these guys enough, absolutely honest, hard-working, & genuine people. They’ve made me 1 happy mini-driver

Very happy and would fully recommend this dealership! As someone who was looking to purchase their first car and was on a budget, I started to get very disheartened visiting one dealership after another, but Logic 1 Vehicle Solutions was great! Chris on site was very lovely and friendly, and I absolutely loved my first car! Would never in a million years think I would but the price was good and so was the car. Great van. Great service

I recently brought a Ford Transit Connect from Logic 1. I am very happy with the van. It is very tidy and has a very good service history. Tim from Logic One did exactly what he said he would to get a 12-month mot on the vehicle with no advisories and he even called me up to say that he was putting not just new brake pads but replacing the disks as well. I found that very decent of him as he did not need to do it but he went the extra mile to make sure that the van was in very good condition and also took care of my personal safety in doing so. Would recommend them as a company to deal with and Tim was very helpful throughout the sale.
